As a daily tonic take a half a dropperful (about 30 drops) or a half of a teaspoon, either directly in your mouth or added to an ounce or so of water, tea, or juice, once or twice a day.

You may take a half a dropperful/ half a teaspoon daily or twice a day. (With the bottle with dropper, squeezing the dropper natually usually produces a half a dropperful, which appears to fill about half of the glass dropper pipette. 1 dropperful is when it is filled up to the black, rubber lid).

Taking it daily the 1 oz bottle will last about 2 weeks.

The 5 oz bottle will last about 2 to 2.5 months.
