Products & Policies
All products are made in small batches by hand by me, AC, a community herbalist with training in the Western Herbal Tradition. I use herbs I grow with no pesticides or herbicides on my small farm in Central NY, or plants and fungi I can harvest with care and reverence from the fields and forests with a few exceptions of herbs I order from organic and trusted sources like my friends at Deer Creek Collective Herb Farm, Healing Spirits Herb Farm or Pacific Botanicals. I use organic olive and coconut oils, organic cane alcohol and locally sourced beeswax.
Return Policy
All of my products are consumable or topical herbal remedies which cannot be returned because of the risk of alteration or contamination.
I make no guarantees that the herbal products will work for you in the ways you are hoping for, I only can guarantee that I am offering high quality herbal products as they are described. If something you ordered is unavailable I will immediately refund you or offer a replacement item. If I ship the wrong item, I will gladly send the correct item or issue a refund at my expense.
Shipping Policy
I ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, however if you need something rush ordered add a note to your order or email me to let me know and I will try to get it out sooner for you. I cannot take responsibility for stolen or lost packages if the postal service confirmed a delivery with the tracking number. If a package is confirmed delivered, the receiver must inquire with their postal person or local post office if they did not in fact receive the package.
